- With this advance announcement, an invitation to participate in a market dialogue with Region Zealand in Denmark is announced, regarding the acquisition of a digital solution for receiving and processing applications for transport reimbursement according to current legislation. You are invited to an initial market dialogueg with relevant bidders before the tender is published.
The system must comply with the legislation in the area, which is 1) The Health Act, Legislative Decree No. 903 of 26 August 2019 and Ministry of Health and the Elderly's Decree No. 816 of 18 June 2018.
The expected tendered solution , as market dialog relates to, must solve the following tasks for the region:
• A solution that at all times meets the legislation that exists in the area
• A fully digital process where the user's transport allowance is calculated automatically by the Solution
• A simple and easy process for searching of transport allowancee, where users can enter their information in the Solution in a user-friendly way.
• A Solution that fully complies with the accessibility standards applicable at all times
• A fully digital process where, through integration with booking systems etc. checked whether the user has the right to transportreimbursement
• A fully digital process that forms the basis for resp. payment and accounting of the transport allowance applications that are approved
