Description:
The Technical and Environmental Administration (TMF) in the Municipality of Copenhagen is responsible for the operation and maintenance of road lighting in the Municipality of Copenhagen. TMF is faced with a replacement of luminaires that use discontinued light sources as well as an energy optimization and general restoration of luminaires. TMF must therefore offeran agreement on the replacement or retrofit of fittings in the period 2023-2026.
TMF wants to hold a market dialogue to ensure that the offer is described as best as possible, so that it is also clear what the supplier is offering. The purpose of the market dialogue is to investigate which fixture types there areavailable on the market, as well as whether these meet TMF's requirements and wishes. The market dialogue must also explain how TMF can set up relevant award criteria for the tender, and how the supplier will achieve optimal time management in connection with the execution.
