- Helsing0r Municipality needs the climate shields of the buildings at Nordvestskolen in Helsing0r to be renovated. Helsing0r Municipality is the client. The work concerns environmental remediation and air conditioning renovation, including facade renovation, PCB remediation, masonry work, post-insulation of roofs, reinforcement of load-bearing constructiondown etc. The school must be able to function as a school and workplace during the renovation, which places special demands on the performance of the renovation task.
Helsing0r Municipality wishes to conduct a market dialogue which will be held on 13 March 2024 at the address Dampfaergevej 27-29, 4th floor, 2100 Copenhagen 0.set 45 min. per dialogue.
Helsing0r Municipality expects to invite 4 companies to contribute knowledge about the contractors' experiences with renovations of climate screens at schools in operation (successes and pitfalls), including how many contracts the project should be offered in, knowledge sharing among severalcontractors, type of contract, etc.
