With this advance notice, the Municipality of Copenhagen wishes to invite interested economic actors to a market dialogue on solutions for process and document management. The Municipality of Copenhagen is investigating the possibility of establishing a new unified process and document management platform. The municipality's primaryESDH systems are widely used to solve journaling requirements for several professional systems, which makes it complicated to develop low-code solutions for specialized needs and is not flexible enough to solve the municipality's future needs. The process and document management platform must be built from the abovereasoned vision to create a better user experience when users work with and handle documents in the Municipality of Copenhagen, that the platform is established based on open and modular principles, that automation and AI are used where it creates value, to provide the opportunity to replace system purchases with buildingge processes and to support mobility between devices. Based on this, the City of Copenhagen wants a dialogue about the possibilities in the solutions or proposed solutions by the economic actors.
