• Market dialogue regarding tender for future contingency agreement The Norwegian Road Directorate, together with the National Police, is preparing a forthcoming joint tender for emergency and car transport services. To that end, the Road Directorate and the National Police want to enter into dialogue with relevant market players and thus invites a non-binding market dialogue on this. The purpose of the dialogue is to collect input from the market, which can contribute to qualifying the tender and ensuring the best possible framework for the execution of emergency and the car transport services. The market dialogue meetings are held individually with the individual interested participants. The meetings are basically held physically and take place at the Road Directorate, Trafiktårnet, Carsten Niebuhrs Gade 43, 1577 København K. Alternatively, the meetings are agreed to be held via Teams. To participate in a market dialogue meeting, the tenderer is asked to answer a questionnaire and send his expression of interest to the specified email address no later than 4 September 2026. The Road Directorate and the National Police reserve the right for reasons of resources, the right not to hold a market dialogue with everyone who has sent an expression of interest. There will be selection among the expressions of interest, emphasis is placed on the received answers to the questions, including the most well-substantiated answers and the conditions that are considered most significant for the upcoming tender.
