- The regions hereby invite market dialogue prior to the regions' tendering of framework agreements on pesticide analyzes within the scope of the Soil Pollution Act. The framework agreements will include the pesticide analyzes on water that each region is allowed to carry out in the environmental field. The water samples can be groundwater, fresh water, etcclean water. The analyzes are primarily used for pollution investigations and the establishment and operation of prevention facilities as well as monitoring at polluted locations. The market dialogue relates both to the technical conditions, including detection limits, and all other requirements for the service included in the tender,including sustainability. The purpose of the market dialogue is to ensure a market-compliant tender material. The tender was intended to be carried out as a public tender. The market dialogue is based on the regions' initial draft tender material, which will be available from 8 February 2024. Materialone will be uploaded on EU-Supply in a link that will appear in the indicative advance notice that will be published in the EU-Official. Those registered in the market dialogue will receive the material directly. It should be noted that this is preliminary material which, based on the market dialogue, is likelywill probably be changed prior to the publication of the tender.
