Description:
Laes0 Municipality hereby invites a market dialogue prior to the municipality's upcoming tender for ferry operations.
Laes0 Municipality intends to offer an approx. 10-year contract for ferry operation between Vester0 Harbor and Frederikshavn.
The market dialogue is based on the municipality's head of terms for operational and contractualle requirements as well as tender conditions, which will be available from the beginning of March.
The market dialogue is carried out in such a way that interested parties are asked to review the market dialogue material and, on the basis of this, fill in and submit a questionnaire, the content of which will form the basis for online dialogue meetings between dindividual potential bidders and the municipality.
The questionnaire contains specific questions and the opportunity to provide other comments on the market dialogue material.
Please return the questionnaire to lawyer Mikala Berg Dueholm at Mikala.Berg.Dueholm@dk.dlapiper.com no later than 13 March 2024 or via the message function in EU-Supply.
The market dialogue will be held as separate meetings that will take place online on 18 and 19 March 2024 and will last approx. 2 hours.

arrange the market dialogue meeting.
