Market dialogue regarding New Portal to Arc
Task description: ARC hereby invites suppliers to a non -binding dialogue meeting on the delivery of a new intranet to ARC. The purpose of the dialogue is to have requirements specification and price expectations in relation to the market. ARC is therefore also susceptible to input to the attached requirement specification. In addition, ARC also wants to hear about expected time estimates on bidding and production time, in order to be able to plan the process and possibly future collaboration as well as possible. ARC holds the dialogue meetings individually with each supplier in the period 1 - 10 June 2022. The meetings will be held physically at Amager Bakke, (Vindmøllevej 6, 2300 Copenhagen S.) and have a duration of 30-60 minutes. Meeting language is Danish.
