Aalborg Forsyning is facing a major change in the administrative systems in the financial area and is therefore in the market to obtain information about the replacement of the current customer settlement system.
The purpose of this request is to enable Aalborg Forsyning to map strategie for this replacement. This is both for the sake of an understanding of the complexity of the task, but also in relation to understanding how the best possible tender material should be put together.
Aalborg Forsyning's future platform will be Microsoft Dynamics 365 and it is expected to be the billing systemone must be connected with an upcoming implementation of Dynamics Financeof the supply types "Water", "Wastewater", "Heat", "City gas". At the same time, the supplier is asked to address how accounting techniques can handle several companies combined with a desire for joint invoicing. Aalborg Forsyning today consists of 11 different limited companies.
