Description: In connection with an upcoming tender, Energinet is in the process of uncovering the market regarding. insurance brokerage services and potentially ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) advice. The forthcoming offer will not cover pension related insurance. Energinet emphasizes that the tenderer must have permission from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority to carry out insurance mediation. In the forthcoming agreement, Energinet expects to grant the adviser an exclusive mandate for insurance mediation, where ERM advice is not covered by the exclusivity. There is therefore a need for a bidder who has competencies in both insurance brokerage and ERM advice.
The forthcoming tender is expected to cover all companies in the Energinet Group.
