Energinet hereby invites potential suppliers to participate in a written market dialogue. The purpose of this market dialogue is to investigate the market in relation to products in physical security and monitoring. The background of the market dialogue is based on the fulfillment of the provisions in Executive Order No. 260 on resilience and emergency preparedness in the energy sector.
Market Dialogue includes the following groupings:
1. Monitoring and Access Control Units (ADK units)
2. Physical perimeter protection
3. Alarms
4. Emergency current system
5. Supervision/inspections at locations
It is noted that the main output site is all over the country with more than 300 locations.
With the dialogue, Energinet wants to gain insight into the following:
- How many groups can each supplier cover?
- What geographical areas can the supplier cover?
- What are your recommendations for partial deliveries?
- Are there partial deliveries that are missing in the overview?
And What most important price factors should we be aware of?
- Is there new development on the market?
- How do capacity and delivery times look like?
- Will the supplier be able to meet relevant requirements for security approvals?
- Other relevant comments and input.
