Description:
The purpose of the market dialog is to discuss a possible. Tendering of application operation, maintenance and further development of osm2 with relevant suppliers. Central topics in the dialogue will be a discussion of the requested benefits and interfaces in relation to market-forming services and maturity in the market, price- and delivery models, tendering and transition courses, temporal considerations in terms of further development plans and insight into typical cost drivers, risks and points of attention.
OSM2 is an IT system at the Tax Administration developed by the Development and Simplification Agency (UFST) and subcontractors to support EU rules in the field of VAT. The system is used by the Tax Agency as a support tool for managing the area. The purpose is to facilitate corporate administrative burdens when settling VAT. Sales of goods and services to consumers through volunteer Registration on the scheme. This happens, among other things. by supporting a direct VAT settlement from EU business to consumer country by sales from companies to private consumers in EU countries.
The system supports the Tax Agency's processes on continuous information, settlement and payment of contained VAT on sale to a private consumer in the EU, where VAT is accrued to the consumer country.
