The offer is expected to be conducted as a common offering along with Region North Jutland and Central Jutland Region. In preparing the Common Offer, Region of Southern Denmark via market dialogue to expand its knowledge of opportunities and risks in the supply of transfers. This is an oral dialogue where all relevant market players are invited to participate in individual dialogue meetings with Region of Southern Denmark.

Registration for dialogue meetings must take place as described in Section II.2.4).
