Region of Southern Denmark
In the Region of Southern Denmark, we would like to be part of a market dialogue in connection with upcoming outlets on closed and open incubators.
We have therefore reserved the following days for the presentations:
- August 20, 2025 closed incubators
- 17 September 2025 open incubators
We hope that as a potential tenderer you will come and present your bid for a relevant solution by a physical display and demonstration.
For Supplier Saturday, the representatives from the Region's Southern Denmark clinical departments participate in the tender.
Registration for Supplier Day must be in writing to Kent Nielsen at email kent.melgaard.nielsen@rsyd.dk, no later than 1 August 2025 at. 12, with message about what type of incubator you want to present. Time and duration will be feedback on August 4, 2025 in response to mail sent.
To make the most of the day we would like to have submitted material in advance. It could be a copy of presentation and brochures that present your solution and product. Material will be shared with Region Syddanmark's participants before the presentation day. Material must be sent by August 13, 2025 at. 12 for closed incubators and 10 September 2025 at. 12 for open-up incisors by mail to:
