- Ørsted-s objective is to implement an External Surveillance solution designed specifically for commodities covering all financial (MAR) and physical instruments (REMIT) that Ørsted Market & Revenue is trading. This would include Trayport file (incl. full EEX), ICE ENDEX & IFEU, Nasdaq, EPEX and Nord Pool. The solution should be a cloud-based solution that includes all the above market data (ETL) and should enable Ørsted to handle alert processing, calibration, documentation/record keeping and reporting in a single fully integrated solution. The solution must contain all relevant market abuse patterns required for MAR and REMIT surveillance including Insider Trading.
