Description: The framework agreement consists of the following three main elements:
1. Delivery of steering appliances for traffic signal systems
2. Delivery of detection and audio signal equipment, as well as
3. Installation, operation and maintenance of steering appliances as well as detection and audio signal equipment, including:
* Delivery of spare parts,
* Transfer of the Operations and Maintenance Task, including Training, and
* Hotline Service After End Operations and Maintenance Period

Two suppliers will be included in the framework agreement.

During the term of the agreement, the Road Directorate will make direct allocation of the specific orders for the delivery of steering appliances (orders) in the ratio of 2: 1, so that the Road Directorate will purchase Supplier at Supplier 1 corresponding to the double value of services purchased from supplier 2.
