Description:
In this tender, the contracting entity wants to obtain tenders for repair and maintenance of the Copenhagen Municipality's vehicles up to and including 3500 kg. The Municipality of Copenhagen today consists of 678 vehicles distributed on diesel and electric vehicles, respectively, of approx. 20 different makes, cf. Appendix 1A VEHICLE LIST.AGE OF THE VEHICLE LIST (Appendix 1A) shows which vehicles are under the contract. During the contract period, the supplier must expect that the overview is dynamic, as the vehicle stated in the overview will be able to leave during the agreement period, just as a new vehicle acquired during the agreement period, covered by the overview. For more detailed description of the services offered, including the minimum requirements the services must be met, refer to the Technical Specification (Appendix 1), the Vehicle List (Appendix 1A) and the Tender List (Appendix 2) and any corrections and answering questions. Contract terms are stated in the draft contract (framework agreement) with associated appendices enclosed as Appendix A, while the requirements for the service are described in detail in the technical specification (Appendix 1), the vehicle list (Appendix 1A) and in the tender list (Appendix 2).
