This background must help the contracting entity to achieve a stable, future -proof and user -friendly digital platform that meets the university's need for continuous adaptation and development.
On the basis of a number of minimum fitness requirements that the supplier must fulfill in order to be suitable to be prequalified. Applicants meet the set minimum requirements, the contracting entity will select and pre -qualify the 3 most suitable applicants who are then encouraged to give offer.
Completion of negotiations, just as the contracting entity reserves the right to limit the number of tenderers already after preliminary Tender round. The tenderer is therefore encouraged to ensure that the initial tender meets all the requirements of the tender material. Contracting the right to hold a further round of negotiations than one expected round
