Description:
Ballerup Almennyttige Boligselskab consists of four public housing departments located in Ballerup Municipality, including Grantoften. Grantofteparken 2-912 comprises 456 terraced houses on 2 levels, divided into 24 blocks of 19 dwellings. The individual housing is approx. 97 m2 (gross), i.e. approx. 48.5 m2 on each level. All residentialThe rooms are arranged in the same way. The department's total floor area is 45,837 m2. A comprehensive plan for the renovation of Grantofteparken 2-912 has been drawn up with support from the Landsbyggefonden. The task is offered as a main contract.
The tendered main contract includes the following primary renovation tasks:
•Renovationof bathrooms
•Replacement of windows
•Mold remediation of walls and ceilings
•Establishment of balanced ventilation
•Establishment of plinth insulation and volume drain
•Establishment of shut-off valves and meters for domestic water.
In addition to the mentioned renovation tasks (and all the underlying works/ subordinaterepeats) the main contractor must carry out a number of related tasks: The interior renovation of the homes must be carried out without rehousing the residents. The main contractor must therefore set up toilet/bathing trolleys that give the residents access to their own toilet and bath, while the renovation af their bathroom is in progress. The main contractor must also set up a residence pavilion for temporary use for a small number of residents. In order to be able to replace windows and install plinth insulation and drains, the general contractor must remove and (in many, but not all cases) restore the residents' trees...
