Description:
At Havnegade 5 in Copenhagen lies Danmarks Nationalbank's iconic headquarters. It must undergo a larger and necessary restoration over a number of years. The building was designed by architect Arne Jacobsen and erected in the years 1965 to 1978, and in 2009 the building was preserved. All the tasks in the project mustTherefore, in close dialogue with Slots and the National Board of Culture, is resolved, taking into account that the building is protected. Danmarks Nationalbank and the project's total advisor handles this dialogue. Danmarks Nationalbank has divided the overall restoration project into three sub -projects, and each sub -project is expected to be offered in several contracts:DN300. Buoyancy protection (the building shall be buoyancy and climate -proof); DN200. Exterior works (facades, roofs and gardens must be restored); and DN100. Internal works (which is a extensive sub -project where a number of tasks must be worked on). DN100 Like this tender is part of is divided into the followingContracts: E100.01 Ventilation, E100.02 Plumbing, E100.03 EL, E100.04 BMS, E100.11 Carpentry work, E100.12 Carpentry, E100.13 Floor, E100.14 Mason/Painter, E100.15 Logistics and warehouse. Under DN100 is also DN101 on advanced works, which are divided into E101.02 Demolition and environmental remediation and E101.11Constructions concrete and steel. In addition, a number of smaller tasks will be purchased in accordance with the deliability rule.
