Description:
The tendered task includes limousine driving for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Protocol services guests to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the State Ministry and has an ongoing need to order limousines and vans and, incl. driver for more specified driving. The guests will include, among other thingste royal persons, heads of state, ministers and civil servants - Danish as well as foreign.
The tender is carried out as a public tender according to the rules in the Tenders Act (LBK no. 10 of 6 January 2023) section II. One framework agreement will be entered into with one tenderer.
The drive will take place both in the Purchaseharbor (primarily) as in other parts of Denmark and will take place on all days of the year and at all times of the day, including Sundays and public holidays.
