FEAS Business P/S ("FEAS") offers this contract regarding total counseling in connection with the construction of a tailor -made lease containing, inter alia, Laboratories with associated teaching and office facilities of approx. 5,400 m2, incl. Basement Areas Located Gustav Wieds Road 10 for Aarhus UseThe University Institute of Bio and Chemical Technology in the Research Park.
In addition, the contract also contains an option on a contract for total advice of the construction of a laboratory of approx. 2,100 m2. FEAS itself is not subject to the tender rules. As both leases behind this tender are arranged as desired andHowever, tailor -made leases from Aarhus University, these can be considered to constitute so -called tailor -made leases. In order to avoid doubts as to whether a possible tendering obligation has been raised at Aarhus University, FEAS has undertaken to follow the tender law and therefore provides the total advisor contract.
