Description:
These tender conditions apply to the tendering of total contract regarding the construction of 48 public housing in Solbjerg for the Housing Association Domi Bolig. The new department 59 in Solbjerg, includes the construction of 24 townhouses in 2 levels, and 24 storey dwellings in 3 storey blocks. All 48 homes are erected as Family housing. The building is erected with displacements in the facade line. The building is built in the northwestern part of Solbjerg on Solbjerg Hedevej 25 on land no. 8as part 1. 8.170 m2. The extension Expected to be completed in the year 2025. Coatings, paths, parking spaces, planting and lighting, etc. Included in the total contract. The living space of the public housing amounts to 4,365 m2 (support justified). The homes are handed over, cf. the main schedule. Sanction -giving dates are shown in the main schedule. Referring to the project documents in the tender material for the total content of the assignment. The total contract includes project proposal, government project and execution project.
