- As the contracting entity carries out ongoing maintenance on outdoor areas and cleaning in and outside the client's buildings, the contracting entity needs framework agreements with cleaning companies and gardeners. The tasks are diverse, but include primarily maintenance tasks.
The contracting Government aft, to enter intoFramework agreements with five (5) suppliers for building maintenance within each of the sub -agreement. Framework agreements with companies are divided into disciplines. In addition, the disciplines are divided according to financial delimitation and location.

The contracting entity will as a starting point assignA task to Supplier A (understood as the highest ranked supplier in the cascade). If supplier A, for capacity reasons, cannot perform the task within one of the contracting entity in more detailed time limit, the assignment will be assigned to supplier B (understood as the second highest rankedSupplier in the cascade), and so still.
