- As the contracting entity performs ongoing maintenance on buildings, the contracting entity needs framework agreements with craftsmen in different disciplines. The tasks are diverse, but primarily include operating and maintenance tasks.
The contracting entrance sterns to enter into framework agreements with five (5) suppliersfor operating and building maintenance within each of the sub-agreement. Framework agreements with craft companies are divided into disciplines. In addition, the disciplines are divided according to financial delimitation and location.

Sub-Agreement 1, Area 1, Electric Work
For Direct Assignment of Tasks Uses a Caqueres Model.During the framework agreement period, the contracting entity performs directly allocation of specific tasks on the sub -agreements, it will be based on the following procedure:
a. For tasks that do not exceed DKK 30,000, at the time of the contracting entity, does not exceed DKK 30,000 excl. VAT, a direct assignment of the task will be made toThe company at the lowest hourly rate (supplier A). If this business cannot perform the task within a closer of the contracting entity, the company with the second lowest hourly rate (supplier B) will be assigned the task and so on.
