Description:
The bridge for Tuborgvej at Emdrup Station must be replaced. The existing bridge consists of 4 lanes, 2 cycle paths and 2 pavements and spans approx. 35m above the S-train line at Emdrup Station.
The bridge is located on Copenhagen Municipality's priority road network, and approx. 27,000 vehicles over the bridge.
In order to ato ease traffic while the permanent new bridge is being built, before the new bridge is built, a temporary bridge must be established immediately north of the existing one. This results in a major road rerouting of Tuborgvej, which is also part of the tendered task. The project has a great interface. Besidesn attention is drawn to the fact that the task requires a relatively large knowledge of work with authorities, including on the railway.
The task is expected to extend over several years and the project must be delivered by 2029 at the latest.
TMF would like to keep the possibility of the execution as a turnkey contract open, if in lthe beginning of the project proposal phase should prove that it will be appropriate. However, TMF does not immediately consider the possibility of using turnkey contracting to be predominantly probable. TMF's choice of form of contract will, among other things, rely on advice from/dialogue with the general consultant during the design af the project proposal.
In the event that TMF should decide to tender as a turnkey contractor, the advice will change from turnkey advice to client advice. An addendum will be made to the Agreement and the consultant's services will immediately be based on FRI's Service Descriptions for Builders' Consulting...
