Description:
AB Hørsholm-Kokkedal, section 7 and section 9 (the developer), have joined forces to uninvited due to the equality of work. The work consists of renovation of existing facade parties to the west in terms of replacement of windows and doors. The departments have a total of 65 blocks with respectively. Townhouses on two floors or apartments on the living room or 1st floor. In total, 613 homes as well as premises for real estate office and common rooms are part of the supply. The renovation includes, among other things, the following works: • Replacing existing facade areas with walking doors for energy -optimized window sections with sliding doors in both departments • Replacing existing altar doors in Department 9 • Replacing doors, windows and windows at common rooms and real estate office in Department 9 • Replacement of existing low convectors at facade parties in section 9 (2 pieces per dwelling) Option There is one winner for the execution of work in both departments. Tendering of the main contract agreement for facade party replacement etc. Replacement of facade parties in townhouses and apartments in two general housing associations.
