Description:
The construction case concerns the renovation of GAA, department, Kildevaenget, located Solnavej 1-64, 65A-65D, 66, 68, 70, 72 and 74 as well as Kildebakkegards Alle 158-174.
This is a re-tender, as the first tender was canceled as a result of ambiguities in the tender documents. The current tender material is in fothe relation to the previously tendered tender material adjusted as far as i.a. minimum requirements, selection and award.
The source wing consists of 16 residential blocks as well as service and administration buildings.
The construction case includes the following basic works:
-Roof replacement on the 16 residential blocks as well as an administrationstration building.
-Environmental work/environmental remediation in connection with the roof replacement
-External post-insulation of gables on 16 apartment blocks.
In addition, the construction case includes the following options:
-Replacement of entrance and basement doors on 16 apartment blocks.
-Replacement of door phone systems on 16 apartment blocks.
- Isolateing of basement ceilings in 16 apartment blocks.
-Replacement of overhanging boards at balconies on 16 apartment blocks as well as other accompanying works.
The tasks are offered with a maximum budget of DKK 150 million. DKK, which amount must also be able to accommodate any options/options. If this framework cannot be complied with, Ordregnot eager to enter into a contract.
The contracting authority has therefore also decided that tenders where the price for the foundation works exceeds DKK 150 million. DKK by more than 5%, are declared unconditional, as such offers will not be able to form the basis for an award.
