Description: Egedal Municipality hereby provides the accompanying scheme according to section 97 of the Service Act after Title III of the Tender Act. As the supply is carried out as a Light supply, the procedural rules are more limited than after a general EU tender. For example, Not requirement for an ESPD.

The provider has chosen to provide the task so that few demands are made in the requirement specification, while the tenderers in their offer, cf. their descriptions in Appendix 4b "Tenderer's quality offered," must explain, for example. Ordering and cancellation deadlines, procedures for selecting companion, etc. However, there are requirements for the tenderer and the task of the task in the Framework Agreement, cf. also chapter 3.
