Aabenraa Municipality hereby initiates with great expectation, the total advisory advisory offering regarding the transformation of an existing building that previously has a grocery store on the ground floor and office space on the 1st floor of a new library, Culture and Haervejshotspot centrally located at Haervejen andArmy-Road Park in R0dekro.
The project is part of the "Overall plan for R0dekro City Center". The project is based on the vision that R0dekro must be a vibrant and attractive settlement town in Aabenraa Municipality. First project was the realization of the Haervejsparken in 2024. The project is also part of"The experimental scheme for free city centers", where the municipality undertakes to establish a welfare function as well as an urban renewal project. In R0dekro this is the transformation of the Haervejen.
The project is carried out, among other things. With the support of the Nordea Foundation, which also contributes a sustainability consultant who will assistContracting in collaboration with the upcoming total advisor in sustainability.
The municipality has great ambitions for sustainability in connection with the transformation of the existing building into a library, cultural and army shot spot.
