• Legal services The tender relates to the provision of legal services to Evida Service A/S. The tender is carried out in accordance with the tendering act's rules on the light regime under the supply directive as a flexibly arranged procedure and in compliance with the fundamental principles of equal treatment, transparency and proportionality. A framework agreement is entered into with up to three (3) suppliers. The framework agreement runs for 4 years from the date of entry into force, after which the framework agreement automatically ceases to have effect unless extended by Evida. Evida can choose to extend the Framework Agreement by 2 years at a time. Extension can be done a maximum of 2 times. The estimated annual value of the framework agreement amounts to DKK 8 million.
