Description: DSB provides 3 sub-agreements regarding. Delivery of legal benefits to DSB. Partial agreement 1 includes IP, consumer and marketing, IT law, competition and state aid, company law and the procurement law. Part agreement 2 includes real estate and construction, insurance and compensation, public law and rail-specific regulation, data protection, taxes and taxes and transport right. Part Agreement 3 includes work and employment law. There may be a need for the provision of legal services within other specialties in terms of sub-agreement 1 and 2, see Annex 1a. All 3 sub-agreements are framework agreements without a guaranteed minimum turnover. DSB expects to allocate sub-agreement 1 and 2 to 2 law firms and sub-agreement 3 to 1 law firm.
