- Description:
- The contract includes a liquid chromatograph connected to a high-resolution mass spectrometer (LC-HRMS). The LC-HRMS system must be used for the analysis of organic substances (smaller molecules) directly in or extracts of various sample materials incl. wipes, silicone samplers, blood and urine. Equipmentit will be used for a number of new quantitative analyzes (e.g. chlorinated paraffins) as well as 'suspect screening' and to some extent 'untargeted analysis' of samples from workplaces. Since the levels of harmful substances and various exposure markers can be very low, this makes great demandsfor both the sensitivity of the equipment but also resolution (R) etc., for the identification of unknown substances.
