The offering is a framework offering where the best offers are awarded sub-agreements with the KAB community on renovation of moving homes. There will be three seats on each part agreement, where the tenderer who has submitted the best offer on one sub -agreement will receive the first priority, the tenderer who hasGiven the secondary best offer on the same sub -agreement will be given second priority, and the third best deals will get the third priority on the sub -agreement. Second and third priority are guaranteed 10% of the tasks. The offering is divided into five sub -agreements on: Sub -Agreement 1 - Ballerup Ejendomsselskab (Lundegarden& Ellebo) (1,166 Housing) Sub -Agreement 2 - Ballerup Property Company (748 Housing) Sub -Agreement 3 - Lyngby Boligselskab (Fortunen 12-14) (683 Housing) Sub -Agreement 4 - Hvidovre Boligselskab (638 Housing) Sub -Agreement 5 - Lyngby Boligselskab (635 Housing) Tasks include:Upon relocation • Cleaning, by relocation • Purchase hours and services • Single work assignments that can be purchased.
