• 11 blocks of flats are modernized so that they become up-to-date family housing
• 3 of the 11 blocks of flats are made accessible by lift, newentrance areas and new furnishings
• 1-room dwellings are combined with neighboring dwellings which are thereby expanded
• Bathrooms are renovated and furnished with new furniture
• Kitchens are changed to new ones
