Description:
In connection with an upcoming tender, Aarhus University wishes to identify possible suppliers who can solve the university's need for an IT solution for event registrations. In addition, Aarhus University wishes to enter into a dialogue in relation to ensuring the quality of the future tenderterial. Against this background, Aarhus University wishes to invite potential bidders to participate in a market dialogue. Aarhus University has had the same event registration system for 5 years, and to ensure that the university has the right solution in relation to price and quality, the system mustnow on offer. Aarhus University expects to have around 300 users of the system on an ongoing basis. However, these will change on a personal level at regular intervals. It will be far from all 300 users being on at the same time, but the server capacity must be able to handle the fact that users are continuously in and out of the system,there must therefore be an option for 25 simultaneous users. The university needs a system that can handle payments in the form of credit cards, EAN payments, deposit cards, as well as invoice/bank transfer. In addition, there is a need for the university's employees to "pay" for registrations withan internal account string. In relation to use of the system and scale, it can be mentioned that in the university's current event registration system, 2,375 events have been created over a period of 12 months, of which 761 are paid events.
