Description: The contracting entity offers a framework agreement on IT consultancy assistance with 7 sub-agreements. The IT consulting services cover advisory and development tasks and ongoing benefits related thereto. Acquisitions are by minor bid.

The Framework Agreement can be used by the entire Ministry of Health, consisting of:
Department, the Health Data, the Agency for Patient Safety, The National Board of Health,
Statens Serum Institute, the Danish Medicines Agency, the Agency for Patient Complaints, National Genom Center, the National Science Ethics Committee and the Ethics Council, as well as ICARS (expected independent institution in 2022).

The calculation of the estimated value of the Framework Agreement in PKT II.1.5) constitutes an overall estimate for the entire contract period based on historical figures and forward-looking expectations for all 7 sub-agreements. The maximum value of the framework agreement is the value specified in point II.1.5) incl. one possibly.
