Description:
As part of the initial market cover before an upcoming acquisition of a system for support on IT failure announcements and management of benefit cases, the Copenhagen Municipality's Employment and Integration Administration (BIF) wants to invite interested suppliers to market dialogue. The market dialog will passof an individual meeting with selected suppliers in the market.The upcoming tenders relate to a case management system that must be able to handle two overall areas: 1. Support on the IT failure notification system must support a three-part support structure: End User uses the system to enroll errors in aof BIF's other IT solutions. Super User receives the end-user's error message in the system. The end user assesses the error and can then try to resolve the case or escalate the case to IT-subject support.it-subject support receives and handles complex inquiries at the request of the Super Users.Bif also wantsA system that can forward cases to external suppliers' subject support via integration based on standard integrations.2. Management of the benefit case system must be able to control and provide an overview of the status of, for example, complaints, control cases and repatriation cases and support an effectiveCase management. In particular, it must be possible to control deadlines and be able to specify organizational affiliation.
