This advance notification is a briefing on Amgros' expected entry into use agreements for covered medicines in section 3.1.
Amgros will enter into use agreements with all interested parties, and Amgros therefore invites all who potentially want to enter into Amgros' use agreements to the belowend medicines to express interest by sending relevant information including price to udbud@amgros.dk. At a later date, Amgros expects to offer the covered medicines as tendered framework agreements on public tender, and the expectation is that the tender will be published withinr the next 12 months, but this will depend on several factors. Even when the tender has been published, Amgros will continue to enter into commissioning agreements on standard terms with interested parties, but it will not be possible to negotiate terms, including the price of the commissioning agreement, from that point on. They onegeneral conditions for the tenders will appear in the tender material when it is published.
In relation to section 11.2, note that the tender notice for the covered medicines will be published when the tender is published, and that the date in section 11.2 is only indicative.
