This advance announcement is an information about Amgros' expected conclusion of commissioning agreements on covered medicines in section 3.1.
commissioning agreements with all interested parties, and Amgros therefore urges anyone who will potentially be included in Amgros' commissioning agreements for below Medicines to express interest in sending relevant information including price to tender@amgros.dk. Time to offer the covered medicines as offered framework agreements on public tendering and the expectation is that the tender is published within of Next 12 months, but it will depend on more conditions. Standard terms with interested parties, but from that time it will not be possible to negotiate terms, including price on the commissioning agreement. Final Terms of tenders will appear in the tender material when published.
