- This advance announcement is an information about Amgros' expected conclusion of commissioning agreements on covered medicines in section 3.1.
Amgros will enter into commissioning agreements with all interested parties, and Amgros therefore urges anyone who will potentially be included in Amgros' commissioning agreements for below Medicines to express interest in sending relevant information including price to tender@amgros.dk. AMGROS expects at a later date to offer the covered medicines as offered framework agreements on public tendering, and the expectation is that the tender will be published within the Next 12 months, but it will depend on more conditions. Even when the tender is published, Amgros will continue to enter into commissioning agreements on standard terms with interested parties, but from that time it will not be possible to negotiate terms, including price on the commissioning agreement. The final Terms of tenders will appear in the tender material when published.
In relation to the section 'Information on the Executive Order', it should be noted that the tender notice of the medicines covered will be published by publishing the tender and that the date in the section is indicative only.
