This advance announcement is a briefing on Amgros' expected conclusion of the commissioning agreement for the drug in section 3.1.To indicate interest in submitting relevant information including price to tender@amgros.dk. Amgros expects to offer the covered drug as tendered on public tender at a later date, and the offer is to be published within the next 12months, but it will depend on several conditions. Even when the tender is published, Amgros will continue to enter into commissioning agreements on standard terms with interested parties, but from that time it will not be possible to negotiate terms, including price on the commissioning agreement. The final termsThe tender will appear in the tender material when it is published.
