• Indicative advance notification regarding the establishment of a heavy sludge process for Herning Vand A/S With this announcement, Herning Vand A/S wishes to carry out a targeted market search prior to a decision on the further acquisition process regarding establishment of a heavy sludge process or other documented solution that can strengthen particle and phosphorus retention at the Herning Central Treatment Plant. The market survey has a special focus on whether the market can deliver a solution that can not only contribute to them technically stricter emission requirements, but which can also be designed, delivered, installed and commissioned within a total implementation and commissioning period of 3-4 months after conclusion of the contract or final order. It is crucial for Herning Vand A/S to get documented whether there are one or more potential suppliers who can realistically fulfill this (time-critical) need. The suppliers' answers will therefore be used to qualify Herning Vand A/S' decision-making basis, including the assessment of whether there there is a real field of competition for the intended acquisition. Background and needs: In a new agreement with the parties behind the "Agreement on Implementation of a Green Denmark", the Minister of the Environment determines concrete efforts to reduce the emission of nitrogen significantly from waste water to 16 fjords and coastal waters.
