Description:
The Danish Energy Agency intends to increase the framework agreement regarding communication services (case no. 2021/S 062-157735) by DKK 35 million. DKK to a total of DKK 105 million. DKK corresponding to an increase of 50% of the original value.
The need for the maximum increase is justified by the fact that the estimate for the activity level for communicationThe rate is adjusted up on the basis of the flow from the start of the framework agreement and is due to external unforeseen circumstances. In determining the original value, the Danish Energy Agency has taken the current situation as a starting point and included previous experience, as well as factored in financial supportof the need for extraordinary efforts. This inclusion has not taken into account a crisis of the proportions seen as a result of the war in Ukraine. It is assessed that the Danish Energy Agency has been careful when organizing the tender, and that an energy crisis as a result of war etc. have not been able to foresees at the time of tender.
