Description:
The development consists of 4 blocks of flats with 268 homes with 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, 8 floors. The comprehensive plan was adopted by residents' vote on 01.12.2020. All residents must be rehoused for a period during the renovation..
Overall construction activities:
• Demolition and environmental remediation
• Housing extension withd new gable rooms in rise 28
• Restoration of existing gable rooms risers 18 (block 1) and 48 (block 4)
• Post-insulation of all gables
• Post-insulation of lift towers
• Replacement of railings on plastered balconies
• Improvements to windbreaks
• Insulation of facades to the east, the entrance side.
• Outreplacement of light facade sections to the east
• New bathrooms in all homes
• Repairs to wooden floors
• Extra fuse group in electrical panels
• New mechanically balanced ventilation system
