Tender for implants for trauma surgery/bone fixation with a total maximum value of purchase on all framework agreements over 6 years of DKK 274,000,000
The framework agreement thus runs as a starting point for longer than 4 years, cf. considers that this is specifically an extraextraordinary case. The duration of the contract period is set at 6 years based on the depreciation period for the associated instruments, necessary initial investments regarding establishment of consignment warehouses, training/education of staff and minimization of the associated negative patient effectst with the staff's necessary build-up of experience in new implants/instruments in case of a possible system change.
Since these are products that must be used in connection with complicated operations, in this context extraordinary and significant consideration must be given to the affected patientsr.
