Description:
The tender relates to the main contract contract for the redevelopment and new building of the day offer Horsevaenget. The number of children in R0dovre Municipality is growing and the municipality needs more daycare places in the future. R0dovre Municipality has therefore decided that a new daycare must be established at Horsevaenget9/R0dovrevej 367. The day offer contains 8 children's groups and the total floor area is approx. 1,600 m2 spread over two floors. The day offer will be able to accommodate a total of approx. 128 nursery and kindergarten children and approx. 40 employees. The day offer is arranged with a flexibility in relation to the concrete distribution betweenKindergarten and nursery children.
On the grounds today there are buildings that have previously been daycare. The buildings are partially preserved as part of the new daycare, just as a number of conservation -worthy trees are to be incorporated into the outdoor areas. R0dovre Municipality also wants the new daycare to pedagogicallySupports play and movement inside as well as outside and helps to promote a greener generation - both in building physics and by initiatives that can support sustainable behavior. The project has been selected as a pilot project in relation to the municipality's sustainability strategy which is being prepared. SustainabilityAs well as play and movement must be a natural part of everyday life - and this focus must be seen and felt in the new daycare. R0dovre Municipality has now reached where the main contract for the new daycare is offered as a limited tender.
