Description: The Road Directorate is preparing for purchases in the signal area and in this connection has identified new need for what the signal area in the future should be able to. The overall goal is to ensure maximum independence in relation to the equipment to be purchased and operated in the future. In addition, it must be ensured that the entire signal area is brought into the Road Directorate's IT architecture.
The new needs and goals lead to a change in the previous practice of procurement of control devices and requirements on what newly purchased equipment should be able to.
This consultation relates only to requirements of the Framework Agreement for the supply of governors, including operation and maintenance. The Road Directorate wants to create openness about the tender documents and ensure that good offers are not excluded due to inappropriate requirements in the tender documents.
