- Vestforsyning A/S (hereafter referred to as the "Client") wants an upgrade of their existing ERP solution as well as development to a modernized version that supports the existing business. The client wants to switch to a cloud-based system as a SaaS solution, which can better integrate with yous other IT systems.
In this connection, the Ordering Party invites suppliers and potential tenderers to comment on and offer proposals for solutions to the design of the tender material. The following are focal points for the Ordering Party:
Whether the requirement specification provides unimpeded access for all interested partiesprepared to submit an offer
Whether the requirement specification is otherwise suitable to describe the Customer's needs and wishes
How the terms of the contract are realistic for an agreement on IT solutions
In addition, the Customer is open to comments and suggestions on other aspects of the material.
