- In September 2021, a large majority in Odense City Council decided on Climate Action Plan 2022, which sets the direction for how Odense Municipality must become climate neutral by 2030. Climate Action Plan 2022 contains a number of efforts and objectives, including seven efforts in mobility, where a new green mobilityplan is one of them. Odense Municipality hereby offers 3 parallel framework agreements, each of which contains an obligation for a parallel assignment process to prepare a proposal for a green mobility plan for Odense Municipality according to the competition programme. The mobility plan must define the overall priprinciples to be used in mobility planning in Odense Municipality over the next several years. And this also sets the standard for our municipality in the future.
